Job Description
A role supporting high-profile clients in developing and implementing sustainability and decarbonization strategies, including net-zero goals, greenhouse gas management, renewable energy procurement, and climate risk assessments, with a focus on analytical and project delivery support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support high-profile clients in defining and executing sustainability and decarbonization strategies
- Contribute to client engagements related to net-zero goals, GHG inventory management, climate risk assessments, and ESG materiality assessments
- Assist in supply chain decarbonization, renewable energy procurement, and clean energy project due diligence
- Manage environmental attribute certificates and analyze wholesale electricity markets
- Support internal workstreams and deliverables across sustainability and clean energy topics
Requirements
- Support high-profile clients, primarily Fortune 500 companies and their suppliers, in defining and executing their sustainability and decarbonization strategies.
- Contribute to client engagements across sustainability and decarbonization strategy, including net-zero goals and Science-Based Targets (SBTi), greenhouse gas (GHG) inventory management, climate risk and opportunity assessments, ESG materiality assessments, supply chain decarbonization, on-site and off-site renewable energy procurement, clean energy project development due diligence, management of environmental attributes certificates, wholesale electricity market analysis, and policy impacts.
- Work as an early-career professional focused on high-quality analytical and project delivery support.
- Contribute to internal workstreams and client deliverables across engagements covering both sustainability and clean energy topics.
