Job Description
The position involves designing and managing utility projects such as water, sewer, and fire protection systems within a civil engineering context, supporting rail infrastructure projects through collaboration with multidisciplinary teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to provide civil construction services for rail projects.
- Design and manage utility projects including potable water, fire protection, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer systems.
- Contribute to the development of high-quality rail infrastructure projects.
- Participate in project planning and execution to ensure transportation efficiency improvements.
Requirements
- A Civil Engineer with 5-10 years of utility design experience, specifically in designing and managing utility projects including potable water, fire protection, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer systems.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a hybrid work environment, working three days in the office (Tuesday through Thursday) and two days from home (Monday and Friday).
- Completion of a standard pre-employment background screening, including Social Security verification, educational verification, review of criminal convictions, and driving history.
