Job Description
A sales-oriented role involving engaging customers in retail stores to educate them about energy-efficient heating and cooling solutions, and driving interest in Tetra's virtual home efficiency services.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers in Lowe's HVAC and appliance sections to promote energy-efficient heating and cooling solutions
- Educate homeowners about Tetra's virtual home efficiency process
- Capture customer details and schedule virtual follow-ups
- Meet daily and weekly sales goals
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in retail, in-store, door-to-door, telemarketing, or consultative selling background (strongly preferred).
- Confident communicator who enjoys talking with new people.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Reliable, professional, and team-focused.
- Ability to proactively engage Lowe s customers in the HVAC and appliance areas.
- Ability to educate homeowners about energy-efficient heating and cooling options.
- Ability to explain how Tetra s virtual home efficiency process works.
- Ability to capture basic customer details and schedule virtual follow-ups.
- Maintain a professional presence and meet daily and weekly sales goals.
- Flexible scheduling with weekend availability preferred.
Benefits & Perks
Hourly base pay plus commission for each qualified appointment
On target earnings of $60,000
