Key Responsibilities
Shape and execute Sword's social media strategy across multiple channels
Write, edit, and refine social media content to ensure clarity, resonance, and quality
Partner with designers to develop visual assets aligned with social media content
Identify content needs, tighten messaging, and guide visual direction for social media posts
Stay informed about digital culture, platform behaviors, and content trends to create effective content
Requirements
Deep fluency in how the internet works, including understanding platform dynamics, content formats, and digital culture.
Strong writing, editing, and refining skills for social media content, with the ability to critique and strengthen creative copy.
Ability to partner closely with designers to guide asset development for social media channels.
Comfortable moving between strategy and execution, including spotting what a social media post needs, tightening the message, and shaping visual direction.
Ability to produce content that feels native, intelligent, and high quality for a sophisticated brand.
Highly aware of digital culture, platform behavior, and evolving content formats, with the ability to translate that awareness into effective work.
Experience in creating content that resonates across social media platforms, understanding what makes content engaging.
