Job Description
The Senior AI Engineer at Sword Health will focus on transforming internal processes using Generative AI, developing AI-powered tools for various departments, and supporting the company's shift towards an AI-first healthcare platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Transform internal processes using Generative AI to improve organizational workflows
- Develop and implement AI-powered tools and techniques for departments such as Finance, Commercial, and Talent
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to understand departmental processes and identify AI solutions
Requirements
- Candidates must possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal.
- Proficiency in developing and deploying Generative AI solutions to transform internal processes across departments such as Finance, Commercial, and Talent.
- Experience in building and implementing AI-powered tools and techniques to enhance organizational workflows.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, particularly Generative AI, and their application within a corporate environment.
- Ability to work closely with key stakeholders in various organizational verticals to learn processes and identify AI-driven improvements.
- Proactive attitude and ability to operate in a highly generalist role within a small, early-stage team environment.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in deploying AI solutions that contribute to organizational impact and success.
