Job Description
The Chief of Staff - Operations will oversee and coordinate operational strategies to support Sword Health's AI-driven healthcare platform, ensuring efficient execution of company initiatives and alignment across teams to advance the company's mission of transforming healthcare through AI technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate operational activities across departments
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders and enterprise clients
- Lead process improvements and optimize workflows
- Support executive decision-making with data analysis and reporting
Requirements
- Candidates must possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal.
- The position requires the ability to work remotely and/or from home.
- Candidates must have at least a minimum of experience in operations or a related leadership role (implied by the seniority of the Chief of Staff position).
