Requirements
- Experience: 5–7 years of related experience in CRM, database marketing, or loyalty marketing.
- Leadership: A proven team leader with experience building, growing, and developing marketing talent.
- Social & Content Strategy: Experienced in social channels and strategy, with the ability to infuse content across different touchpoints.
- Collaboration: Highly collaborative, with the ability to communicate and build consensus across different business functions.
- Communication: A clear communicator and strong writer, with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Strategic Thinking: A strategic thinker able to present and articulate a strong point of view to executive leadership.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of CRM databases and Marketing Automation Systems (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo).
- Analytical Skills: Ability to extract qualitative and quantitative insights from data to drive business recommendations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
