Job Description
The Capital Markets Associate at Sunnova will support the company's capital markets strategy in the residential solar sector, focusing on structuring, negotiating, executing, and managing debt and equity transactions while collaborating with investors and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Sunnova's capital markets strategy
- Structure, negotiate, execute, and manage debt and equity transactions
- Collaborate with investors and internal teams
- Develop expertise in debt financing, tax equity, securitization, and strategic finance
Requirements
- The Associate will help structure, negotiate, execute, and manage projects and corporate level debt and equity transactions.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills.
- The ideal candidate must have the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- The ideal candidate must have an appetite and aptitude for complex financial engineering.
- Employment will be contingent upon submission to and successful completion of a post-offer pre-placement drug test and medical examination if required by the role.
