Trade Operations Specialist

• Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle and ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping across multiple products • Execute and coordinate trade deliveries by efficiently and accurately actioning on incoming/outgoing deliveries, maintaining an updated inventory balance. • Act as a key point of contact between traders, clients, and operations to resolve issues and keep trades on track • Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives to increase team efficiency

• 2-5 years of experience in contract management, trade operations, or a similar role within a commodity trading environment • Strong understanding of trading contracts and operational workflows, ideally within environmental or energy markets • High attention to detail, structured way of working, and ability to manage time-sensitive processes across multiple regions • Strong communicator, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment with multiple stakeholders • Intermediate/advanced Excel skills • Native English; Chinese is an advantage
