Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end workflows and user experiences for STX's internal trading, operations, and settlement platforms.
- Partner closely with traders, operations teams, product managers, and engineers to understand complex business processes and translate them into intuitive solutions.
- Lead user discovery, research, and testing activities to validate problems and ensure solutions are effective.
- Design for both standard workflows and exception scenarios across multiple commodities and operational processes.
- Contribute hands-on to UX and UI design while helping evolve a scalable design approach across the product landscape.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Design experience, ideally within complex B2B products, operational platforms, or internal tooling environments.
- Strong UX and UI design skills with a passion for quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to design complex end-to-end user journeys, workflows, and systems.
- Experience independently driving discovery, research, stakeholder engagement, and user testing.
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset and the ability to balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution.
- Nice to have: Interest in trading, commodities, fintech, or other complex financial domains.
