• Build and develop your own customer portfolio within the Polish market, with a focus on both wholesale and corporate clients.
• Negotiate and execute transactions with new and existing counterparties, driving commercial outcomes and strengthening long-term relationships.
• Structure complex deals and collaborate closely with internal teams (trading, analysis, operations) to ensure successful execution.
• Stay on top of key market developments, continuously monitoring trends, and identifying commercial opportunities.
• Act as a trusted source of market intelligence for your counterparties, providing insights and adding value beyond transactions.
• Work closely with analysts and colleagues to develop and execute trading strategies aligned with market conditions and client needs.
• Relevant professional experience in sales, trading, business development, or account management. Experience within sustainability, energy markets, or financial services is considered a strong advantage.
• Strong commercial acumen combined with an entrepreneurial mindset. You are able to identify opportunities, assess potential, and translate this into tangible business outcomes.
• Proactive and confident in outreach, including cold calling and engaging new contacts. You are comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships from the ground up.
• Fluent Polish and English speaker at a business level. Further languages e.g. Czech, Hungarian or Slovak are an advantage, but not a requirement.
