Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and deliver learning programs by managing training schedules, registrations, logistics, communications, and learner support across global locations.
Own LMS administration and data quality , including user management, enrollments, reporting, evaluations, troubleshooting, and ongoing support for learners and stakeholders.
Manage facilitator and session coordination , partnering with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) and external trainers to ensure a seamless learning experience.
Track participation, learning effectiveness, and operational metrics , maintaining accurate records, dashboards, and reporting to support continuous improvement.
Support a culture of continuous learning by coordinating learning events, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and communities of practice across the organization.
Deliver data-driven, pragmatic solutions that enhance employee experience, boost efficiency, and identify improvement opportunities in line with business needs
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR Operations, Program Coordinator, Event Coordination, Office Management, Training Administration, or a similar operational role. (A master's degree is considered a plus).
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills , with the ability to build relationships across different groups and levels. Fluency in English, Dutch is a plus.
Experience coordinating multiple concurrent activities, projects, or events while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or other program coordination tools;
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate challenges, think ahead, and keep activities moving forward.
An analytical mindset , with experience using data to support reporting and process improvement. Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI or similar tools are preferred.
