Vice President, Strategic Campaigns

STACK is looking for a Vice President, Strategic Campaigns to architect and execute sophisticated, integrated campaigns that advance strategic business priorities and strengthen local understanding and sentiment around data center infrastructure. Reporting within Brand & Communications, this leader will apply brand and issue-advocacy campaign expertise, research, and operational discipline to coordinate field activations, events, paid media, and digital outreach across multiple markets. The Vice President, Strategic Campaigns will own campaign strategy, integration, performance, and reporting, partnering closely with Community Engagement, Public Relations, Communications, Public Affairs, Marketing, and other business leaders.

• Strategic Campaign Leadership: Develops and executes integrated campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Campaign Management: Coordinates multiple campaign activities, partners, budgets, and timelines to ensure effective execution.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works effectively with Marketing, PR, Corporate Communications, Public Affairs, and Community Engagement.
• Measurement, Research & Reporting: Uses audience insights and sentiment research to inform strategy, establishes KPIs, tracks campaign performance, and communicates results to leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Public Policy, Strategic Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. (Master’s preferred)
• 15+ years of relevant professional experience
• 10+ years of progressively responsible integrated campaign, issue-advocacy, or strategic communications experience
• 5+ years in a leadership role directing complex campaigns, cross-functional teams, and agencies
• Demonstrated fluency with audience research, campaign analytics, reporting dashboards, and MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
