- Systems thinking: Ability to see across functions, anticipate interdependencies, and connect dots in a complex ecosystem
- Adaptability: Comfort navigating ambiguity and evolving scopes in a rapidly growing program
- Collaboration: Enthusiasm for working cross-functionally and engaging diverse internal and external stakeholders
- Experience: Background in energy, utilities, infrastructure, or climate-adjacent industries is preferred, but not required
