Job Description
The Compliance Manager will support and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulatory requirements, financial agreements, and industry best practices within a renewable energy company, working closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain a strong compliance framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Support adherence to federal, state, and local regulatory requirements
- Ensure compliance with financial agreements and consumer protection laws
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and regulatory bodies to maintain a strong compliance framework
Requirements
- Prior experience in a compliance, legal, or regulatory role, preferably in renewable energy, utilities, or a similar related industry.
- Support adherence to regulatory requirements, financial agreements, consumer protection laws, and industry best practices across federal, state, and local jurisdictions.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and regulatory bodies to help maintain a strong compliance framework aligned with the company’s strategic objectives and operational integrity.
