Job Description
A Salesforce System Administrator responsible for implementing and supporting Salesforce enhancements, configuring the system independently, and engaging with stakeholders to refine requirements within a renewable energy company focused on Australia's transition to smart energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Salesforce enhancements independently
- Support the Business Analyst in delivering Salesforce solutions
- Provide end-user support for Salesforce users
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with the ability to configure Salesforce independently.
- Experience supporting the Business Analyst in delivering solutions and providing end-user support within Salesforce.
- Strong communication skills to engage with business stakeholders to gather and refine smaller-scale requirements.
- Valid working rights for Australia on an unrestricted basis.
