Job Description
The Sales Operations Coordinator supports the sales team by scheduling appointments, verifying sales, and coordinating installation bookings, serving as a key link between sales, customers, and installation teams in a dynamic renewable energy company.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule sales appointments and verify sales
- Book installations and collect installation site information
- Coordinate between Sales, Customers, and Installation teams to ensure quality control
Requirements
- Support the Sales Operations department by performing sales appointment scheduling, sale verification, installation booking, and installation site information collection.
- This role is based onsite in the Waterloo office and requires working hours from 12PM to 8PM, Monday to Friday.
- The position will commence as a casual position with full-time hours.
