Key Responsibilities
Source, attract, and hire talent for sales offices across Australia
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles
Identify and engage high-energy candidates for roles such as Lead Generators, specialists, and sales leaders
Requirements
The candidate must be already situated in the Northern Rivers region and be able to work onsite Monday to Friday at the Byron Bay Head Office.
The role requires a driven Recruitment Consultant with experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent.
The candidate must have the ability to impact the growth of sales offices across Australia by recruiting high-energy Lead Generators, future specialists, and sales leaders.
The candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working with people in a fast-paced environment.
The candidate must be willing to work in a dynamic, high-performing team environment that values innovative thinking and strategic action.
The candidate must be committed to making a substantial impact within a growth-driven company that is actively expanding nationally.
The candidate must be able to work full-time, on-site, during standard business hours (Monday to Friday).
