Job Description
A Recruitment Consultant role focused on sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent to support the rapid national expansion of a leading Australian home-electrification company, with a focus on end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment based in Byron Bay.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, attract, and hire talent for sales offices across Australia
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles
- Identify and engage high-energy candidates such as Lead Generators, specialists, and sales leaders
Requirements
- The candidate must be already situated in the Northern Rivers region and be available to work onsite Monday to Friday at the Byron Bay Head Office.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent across various roles such as Lead Generators, specialists, and sales leaders.
- Ability to have a direct impact on the growth of sales offices across Australia through recruitment activities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a love for working with people.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to source and attract high-energy candidates for sales and energy sector roles.
- Ability to work independently and manage the full recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing to placement.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with candidates and internal stakeholders effectively.
- The role is physically based at the Byron Bay Head Office; remote work is not specified or permitted.
- The candidate must be committed to working onsite Monday through Friday as part of the role requirements.
