Requirements
The candidate must be already situated in the Northern Rivers region and be able to work onsite Monday to Friday at the Byron Bay Head Office.
The role requires experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent.
The candidate must have the ability to source, attract, and hire talent across various roles, including high-energy Lead Generators, future specialists, and sales leaders.
The candidate must have a genuine interest in working in a fast-paced environment and be able to thrive in such settings.
The candidate must demonstrate a driven and proactive approach to recruitment and talent acquisition.
The candidate must be able to contribute to the growth of sales offices across Australia through effective recruitment practices.
