Job Description
The Installations Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and coordinating renewable energy installations, ensuring smooth daily operations for installers and customers, and collaborating with technical, logistics, and customer service teams in a fast-growing company focused on home electrification and clean energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule 60 installations per week
- Coordinate daily workflow for installers and customers
- Collaborate with technical, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Reside in the Northern Rivers region and be willing to work on site Monday to Friday at the Byron Bay HQ.
- Be organized and proactive in managing installation schedules.
- Be responsible for scheduling 60 installations per week.
- Ensure a smooth day-to-day workflow for installers and customers.
- Work closely with technical, logistics, and customer service teams to keep operations running seamlessly.
