Job Description
A Customer Service Representative role supporting inbound customer inquiries in a growing renewable energy company, with opportunities for progression from casual to full-time employment based in Byron Bay.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customers through inbound calls and inquiries
- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance
- Assist with product information related to solar panels, batteries, EV chargers, and virtual power plants
Requirements
- Must be currently living in the Northern Rivers region.
- Ability to support a growing customer base within an inbound customer service department.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Willingness to work initially as a casual position with full-time hours based in Byron Bay office.
- Potential to transition from casual to full-time permanent employment for the right candidate.
