Job Description
A Customer Service Representative role supporting inbound customer inquiries in a growing renewable energy company, with opportunities for full-time permanent employment and career progression based in Byron Bay.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customers through inbound inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist customers with product information, orders, and troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements
- Currently living in the Northern Rivers region.
- Ability to support a growing customer base within an inbound customer service department.
- Willingness to work initially as a casual employee with full-time hours based in the Byron Bay office.
- Potential to transition from casual to full-time permanent employment for the right candidate.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Interest in supporting sustainable energy solutions such as solar panels, batteries, carbon-neutral energy, EV Chargers, and virtual power plants.
