Requirements
Support payroll, commission, and incentive processes to ensure employees are paid correctly, data is accurate, and systems run smoothly.
Be highly organized and tech-savvy, with eagerness to learn the ins and outs of payroll, incentives, and workforce operations.
Reside in the Northern Rivers region and have full Australian working rights.
Availability to work onsite Monday to Friday at the Byron Bay Head Office, with the opportunity to work from home one day per week after initial training.
