Job Description
A detail-oriented and analytical Payroll Administrator responsible for supporting payroll, commissions, and incentive processes to ensure accurate payments, data integrity, and smooth system operations within a fast-growing, innovative energy company.
Key Responsibilities
- Support payroll, commission, and incentive processes to ensure accurate payments
- Maintain data accuracy related to payroll and incentives
- Ensure smooth operation of payroll systems and processes
Requirements
- Support payroll, commission, and incentive processes to ensure employees are paid correctly, data is accurate, and systems run smoothly.
- Be highly organized and tech-savvy, with eagerness to learn the ins and outs of payroll, incentives, and workforce operations.
- Reside in the Northern Rivers region and have full Australian working rights.
- Be available to work onsite at the Byron Bay Head Office Monday to Friday, with the opportunity to work from home one day per week after initial training.
