Job Description
The role involves enhancing the delivery of complex construction projects through expert project planning, developing scalable solutions, and guiding teams to improve project outcomes using advanced planning tools and strategies in a dynamic, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the project plan for one or more construction projects, ensuring effective execution and mitigation of delays.
- Ensure the project team understands and focuses on the plan to achieve project goals.
- Provide clear, actionable reports to stakeholders to facilitate efficient project delivery.
- Develop scalable, repeatable best practices, tools, and solutions in collaboration with the team.
- Support the professional and personal development of team members and educate clients to improve project outcomes.
Requirements
- A construction engineering background.
- At least 2 years of experience on construction projects, including experience in project planning both software and principles.
- Decent Excel skills.
- Strong interest in data.
- Proficiency in written and verbal English communication skills.
- Charisma and influence to get construction people to do new things and take the best approach.
- Proactive self-leadership and the ability to lead others by asking the right questions and challenging them.
- A track record of making projects and organizations better beyond just doing the basics, by implementing scalable, repeatable solutions that had a significant positive impact.
