Job Description
The role involves enhancing the delivery of complex construction projects through strategic planning, developing scalable solutions, and guiding teams to improve project outcomes using advanced planning tools and methodologies within a high-tech, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the project plan to ensure effective delivery and mitigate delays.
- Ensure the project team understands and focuses on the plan to achieve project outcomes.
- Provide actionable reports to stakeholders to facilitate efficient project execution.
- Develop scalable and repeatable best practices, tools, and solutions for long-term impact.
- Maximize the professional development of team members and educate clients to improve project delivery.
Requirements
- A construction engineering background.
- At least 2 years of experience on construction projects, including experience in project planning both software and principles.
- Decent Excel skills.
- Strong interest in data.
- Proficiency in written and verbal English communication skills.
- Charisma and influence to get construction people to do new things and take the best approach.
- Proactive self-leadership and ability to lead others by asking the right questions and challenging them.
- A track record of making projects and organizations better beyond just doing the basics, including implementing scalable, repeatable solutions that had a significant positive impact.
