Job Description
The Senior Materials Synthesis Scientist is responsible for designing and developing industrial-scale synthesis routes for materials, participating in project planning and execution from laboratory trials to mass production, with a focus on chemical reaction mechanisms and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop material synthesis routes suitable for industrial production
- Expand existing laboratory synthesis routes for industrial application
- Participate in project planning, laboratory trials, pilot testing, and industrial scale-up
Requirements
- A PhD in organic chemistry, synthetic chemistry or a related field with extensive experience in the field
- Proficient in the basic knowledge of chemical reaction mechanism, reaction optimization and control, and familiar with conventional chemical analysis and precision chemical separation technology
- Serious and responsible, proactive, rigorous and efficient, with team spirit
