Job Description
The Senior Material Engineer is responsible for pilot production, process development, and equipment selection related to chemical synthesis, primarily focusing on organic and fluorine chemicals, with a strong emphasis on process engineering and operational expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Pilot production and expansion of existing material pilot process
- Develop chemical process plans and select appropriate equipment
- Design engineering processes for chemical production
Requirements
- A major in Chemistry, Organic Synthesis, Chemical Engineering, or related fields
- Master's degree or above in a relevant field
- More than 5 years of work experience in organic synthesis
- Fluorine chemical work experience is preferred
- Familiar with the principles and methods of organic synthesis
- Familiar with chemical synthesis and distillation equipment and distillation operation
- Familiar with recrystallization process and equipment
- Familiar with solid-liquid separation process and equipment
- Obedience to post transfer and job content transfer arrangements within the department
