Job Description
The role involves leading pilot production and process expansion for materials, focusing on chemical process planning, equipment selection, and engineering design, with a strong emphasis on organic synthesis and chemical manufacturing expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage pilot production and expansion of the material pilot process
- Develop chemical process plans and select appropriate equipment
- Design engineering processes for chemical production
Requirements
- A major in Chemistry, Organic Synthesis, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
- A master's degree or above.
- More than 5 years of organic synthesis work experience.
- Fluorine chemical work experience is preferred.
- Familiar with the principles and methods of organic synthesis.
- Familiar with chemical synthesis and distillation equipment and distillation operation.
- Familiar with recrystallization process and equipment.
- Familiar with solid-liquid separation process and equipment.
- Diligent, modest, and progressive.
- Obey the post transfer and job content transfer arrangement within the department.
