Job Description
The Senior Cell Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and testing lithium metal and solid-state cells, managing project progress, and ensuring successful product development from sample creation to mass production.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop lithium metal cells
- Conduct sample trial production verification and performance evaluation
- Prepare cell samples, communicate test results, and analyze performance anomalies and failures
- Document development processes from new cell product creation to mass production
- Manage customer projects by understanding client needs, discussing technology, and tracking project progress
Requirements
- Master's degree or above, major in material, chemistry, mechanics, or related fields
- Experience in lithium-ion battery or solid-state battery development is preferred
- More than 5 years of power cell project development experience, leading or participating in the development of more than one power cell project
- Familiar with the design or research and development of lithium-ion cells and solid cells
- Fluency in English
- Good team communication skills
