Job Description
The Quality Director oversees the company's overall quality management system, ensuring product quality standards are met through process control, audits, and continuous improvement, while leading the quality team and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and manage the product quality management system throughout the product lifecycle
- Analyze and ensure achievement of departmental quality KPIs through annual reviews
- Develop, implement, and improve quality policies, processes, and standards
- Build and optimize the quality team, defining roles and responsibilities
- Conduct and coordinate internal, customer, and third-party quality audits and reviews
- Manage daily quality operations including laboratory management, supplier quality, and non-conforming products
- Maintain communication with customers to ensure product and service quality meet requirements
- Lead investigations and resolutions for quality incidents and customer complaints
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical, Manufacturing or related fields
- More than 5 years of senior management experience in lithium battery industry, with familiarity in industry knowledge
- Good experience in quality management with an excellent Engineering background, and strong thinking logic and coordination ability
- Proficiency in IATF-16949, ISO-14001, VDA6.3, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing standards
- Fluent spoken and written English
