Job Description
This role involves developing new lithium battery products, optimizing manufacturing processes, analyzing production issues, and ensuring efficient mass production through process improvements and control methods.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new products, materials, and processes for lithium batteries
- Conduct manufacturability analysis and oversee mass production introduction of evaluation products
- Create, implement, and update process documentation
- Analyze and improve defects in battery production processes
- Identify failure modes in mass production and establish process control methods
- Collect and maintain product process routes and data
- Optimize and improve process flow and parameters
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in material, chemistry, mechanical science and engineering
- More than 3 years of experience in lithium battery technology or product development
- Familiar with the manufacturing process standards of lithium batteries
