Job Description
The Process Engineer is responsible for supporting, verifying, and optimizing manufacturing processes during the development of PACK projects, including process documentation, technical support, and problem-solving in production environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support, verify, and optimize manufacturing processes during product development
- Prepare process documentation such as PFMEA, process flow charts, control plans, and work instructions
- Provide technical support during production and develop standard operating procedures
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the production process
- Conduct technical guidance and communication on the production site for key parts and processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechatronics, electronics, electrical, or process design
- At least 2 years working experience in PACK assembly or lithium battery industry
- Proficient in Office, AUTOCAD and other software
- Familiar with IATF16949 quality management system
- Good at analyzing and solving problems
- Have good communication and coordination skills
- Have a certain ability to work under pressure
- Have a strong sense of team spirit and cooperation
