Job Description
The Process Engineer is responsible for supporting, verifying, and optimizing manufacturing processes in the PACK project, including process documentation, technical support, and problem-solving in production, with a focus on process control and quality management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support, verify, and optimize manufacturing processes during product development
- Prepare process documentation such as PFMEA, process flow charts, control plans, and work instructions
- Provide technical support during production and develop standard operating procedures
- Solve technical issues in the production process
- Conduct technical guidance and communication on-site for key parts and processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechatronics, electronics, electrical, or process design
- At least 2 years working experience in PACK assembly or lithium battery industry
- Proficient in Office, AUTOCAD and other software
- Familiar with IATF16949 quality management system
- Have a certain ability to work under pressure
- Have a strong sense of team spirit and cooperation
- Responsible for process support, process verification and optimization, and promotion of process problems in the design and development phase of PACK project
- Responsible for preparing product process documents including PFMEA, process flow chart, control plan, WI, etc.
- Proficient in PACK production process and key process control points
- Provided technical support for production, formulated standard operation instructions for each process, and solved technical problems in the production process
- In-depth technical exchanges on the production site, providing guidance for key parts and processes
- Good at analyzing and solving problems, and have good communication and coordination skills
