Job Description
The Fixture Development Engineer is responsible for designing, selecting, and optimizing tooling and fixtures for production lines, collaborating with process engineers, managing equipment procurement, and ensuring technical quality in power battery module PACK fixture development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and select tooling and fixtures for the production line
- Collaborate with process engineers to integrate fixtures into manufacturing processes
- Review technical proposals and collaborate with suppliers on fixture development
- Optimize and improve existing tooling and fixtures for the test line
- Manage procurement of equipment fixtures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Major in mechatronics, automation, or mechanical design is preferred
- Familiar with mechanical design and metal processing technology
- More than 1 year experience in power battery module PACK fixture design
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Pro-e, Solidworks and other design software
- Understand the basic knowledge of electric control, pneumatic, hydraulic, etc.
