Job Description
A Fixture Development Engineer responsible for designing, selecting, and optimizing tooling and fixtures for production lines, collaborating with suppliers, managing equipment purchases, and ensuring efficient fixture development for power battery module PACK production.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and select tooling and fixtures for the production line
- Collaborate with process engineers to ensure fixture integration
- Review technical proposals and fixtures with suppliers
- Optimize and improve test line tooling and fixtures
- Manage procurement of equipment fixtures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Major in mechatronics, automation, or mechanical design is preferred
- Familiar with mechanical design and metal processing technology
- More than 1 year experience in power battery module PACK fixture design
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Pro-e, Solidworks and other design software
- Understand the basic knowledge of electric control, pneumatic, hydraulic, etc.
