Job Description
Responsible for docking with process engineers, designing and selecting new tooling and fixtures for production line
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for docking with process engineers, designing and selecting new tooling and fixtures for production line
- Responsible for technical proposal and technical review of fixture with suppliers
- Responsible for the optimization and improvement of tooling and fixtures of the test line
- Purchase management of equipment fixture
- Complete other tasks assigned by superiors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above; Major in mechatronics, automation, mechanical design is preferred
- Familiar with mechanical design and metal processing technology
- More than 1 year experience in power battery module PACK fixture design
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Pro-e, Solidworks and other design software
- Understand the basic knowledge of electric control, pneumatic, hydraulic, etc
