Job Description
The EV Hardware Engineer is responsible for analyzing hardware requirements, designing and testing electronic circuits for BMS products, and preparing technical documentation, with a focus on automotive electronic hardware development and validation.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze hardware requirements for BMS products
- Guide hardware schematic design and layout
- Conduct hardware design analysis including circuit simulation and worst-case calculations
- Perform hardware testing such as device, unit, integration, and DVPV tests
- Prepare technical documentation related to hardware design
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electronic engineering or related major
- At least 3 years working experience in automotive electronic design
- Familiar with analog circuit design, with experience in high-voltage and high-current circuit design
- Familiar with hardware development design, simulation, validation, fault analysis related tools, such as Spice LTSpice, Altium designer, etc
- Familiar with PowerPC, Tri-core and other processors
- Good hands-on ability, familiar with the use of laboratory testing instruments and welding tools
- Good English reading and writing skills
