Job Description
The role involves ensuring the safety, certification, and compliance of power batteries used in aerospace applications, including safety analysis, standards development, documentation, and supporting airworthiness certification processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform power battery safety analysis and identify system requirements
- Develop and review technical standards and data specifications for power batteries
- Support airworthiness certification processes, including documentation and compliance tracking
- Conduct safety assessments of power batteries at all development stages, including hazard analysis and fault tree analysis
- Review power battery designs throughout research and development to ensure safety compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in airworthiness engineering, aeronautical engineering, system engineering or related field
- Experience in civil aircraft or system equipment R D engineering or airworthiness forensics
- Familiar with the development process, technical standards and industrial specifications of civil aircraft products
- Experience in 23 or 27 aircraft airworthiness forensics or authorized representative qualification is preferred
- Familiar with CAAC FAA EASA related airworthiness regulations, standards and management procedures
- Familiar with ARP4754A 4761 and DO-178 254 160 standards is preferred
- Strong learning ability and proficient in English speaking, reading and writing
- Strong project planning and management ability
- Confident and modest, open-minded, rigorous, efficient and diligent, with teamwork skills
- Good English reading and writing ability and paper reading ability
