Job Description
The Cell Engineer is responsible for participating in customer power cell projects, including sample preparation, testing, data analysis, and technical reporting, with a focus on lithium-ion and solid-state batteries.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in customer projects related to power cells and support their development
- Prepare, follow up, and communicate about power cell samples and testing
- Analyze sample production and test data, and write technical and customer reports
Requirements
- Master's degree or above, major in material, chemistry, mechanics, etc., with experience in lithium-ion battery or solid state battery preferred
- More than 2 years of power cell project development experience, with participation in the development of more than one power cell project
- Familiar with the design or research and development of lithium-ion cells and solid cells
- Fluency in English
- Good team communication skills
