Job Description
The Contracts Manager supports contract negotiations, manages contractual obligations before and after contract execution, and assists with due diligence activities within a fast-paced, growth-oriented microgrid company backed by private equity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage contract negotiations and obligations before and after contract execution
- Support due diligence activities for the capital solutions division
Requirements
- Support the organization in managing its contract negotiations and obligations pre- and post-contract execution.
- Provide hands-on support for due diligence activities required by the capital solutions division.
- This role requires working in a hybrid environment, being present at the HQ in Ridgewood, NJ, 3 days a week.
- Report directly to the Senior Contracts Manager.
