Job Description

The Community Engagement Manager - Gas Generation will serve as SB Energy’s primary local community contact for its gas generation projects in Pike County, Ohio.

Requirements

Established knowledge of Pike County and surrounding southern Ohio communities, institutions, and local priorities.
Experience supporting natural gas generation, utility, industrial, or other major infrastructure projects through development and construction.
Experience with gas generation facilities co-located with large data center campuses, including coordination of community engagement across related projects.
Experience addressing community questions about construction impacts, noise, air quality, water use, traffic, and infrastructure development.
Familiarity with public participation in project permitting and local government processes.
Experience supporting local workforce development, business participation, or community investment programs.
Location: Pike County, Ohio. Locally based, with regular attendance at project sites, stakeholder meetings, and community events. Occasional evening and weekend availability is required.
Base Pay - $140,000 - $165,000
The pay range mentioned above is a guideline. We tailor each offer based on your unique skills, experience, location, and market benchmarks—while ensuring internal parity across our teams. The compensation range provided reflects base pay. Total rewards may also include performance-based bonuses, equity grants, and a market leading comprehensive health and wellness benefits package.
