Job Description
A Supply Chain AI Product Manager responsible for developing and scaling AI-driven solutions to optimize end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand forecasting, inventory management, and procurement, by translating business challenges into technical AI products and leading cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the AI product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for supply chain use cases
- Identify high-value AI opportunities and prioritize features based on ROI and feasibility
- Translate supply chain challenges into AI problem statements and product requirements
- Partner with internal teams to design, validate, and scale machine learning models
- Guide experimentation, pilots, and MVPs to develop production-ready AI products
- Act as the point of contact for AI products across the end-to-end supply chain
- Collaborate on data pipelines, integrations, and MLOps with cross-functional teams
- Drive adoption of AI solutions through stakeholder engagement, change management, and training
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to deployment and continuous improvement
- Monitor and refine AI models and features based on performance metrics and feedback
Requirements
- 8 years of experience in Product Management, Supply Chain, or Digital Transformation
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes including Design to Release, Forecast-to-Plan Build, Order-to-Cash, and Procure-to-Pay
- Hands-on experience delivering AI ML or advanced analytics products
- Ability to translate complex business problems into technical requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical global stakeholders
- Flexibility to overlap with North America working hours for collaborative tasks
- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies and tools along with strong documentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with keen attention to detail
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or Advanced Planning Systems like E2open, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, o9
- Experience with Large Language Models and core ML concepts such as forecasting, optimization, classification, and anomaly detection
- Experience with data platforms including Databricks, Azure, AWS, or GCP
- A Master’s degree or MBA in Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field
