The role involves designing and developing sales training programs using various learning formats to enhance sales team effectiveness, with a focus on instructional design, content management, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop sales training strategies and programs.
Create and manage various eLearning and training content formats.
Collaborate with sales leadership to align training programs with business priorities.
Continuously improve and scale learning content and delivery methods.
Implement modern learning theories and leverage AI and automation technologies.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in enablement resource creation, eLearning content development and design.
3-5 years of experience administering an LMS and managing content libraries.
Experience working with sales and GTM stakeholders to align on metrics that matter, program goals, and sales leadership expectations.
Track record of delivering interactive experiences that demonstratively improve learner engagement and product sophistication.
Demonstrable experience building educational curriculum that effectively guides learners through their learning journey.
Experience implementing modern learning theories and methodologies and has identified opportunities to leverage AI and automation technologies to develop and build out programs and content at scale.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
