Job Description
The role involves designing and developing sales training programs using various learning formats to enhance sales team effectiveness, with a focus on instructional design, content management, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop sales training strategies and programs.
- Create and manage various eLearning and training content formats.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to align training programs with business priorities.
- Continuously improve and scale learning content and delivery methods.
- Implement modern learning theories and leverage AI and automation technologies.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in enablement resource creation, eLearning content development and design.
- 3-5 years of experience administering an LMS and managing content libraries.
- Experience working with sales and GTM stakeholders to align on metrics that matter, program goals, and sales leadership expectations.
- Track record of delivering interactive experiences that demonstratively improve learner engagement and product sophistication.
- Demonstrable experience building educational curriculum that effectively guides learners through their learning journey.
- Experience implementing modern learning theories and methodologies and has identified opportunities to leverage AI and automation technologies to develop and build out programs and content at scale.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
- Location: Remote - US.
