Job Description
A Senior Business Intelligence Analyst responsible for designing and delivering data-driven dashboards and reports to support sales, marketing, and customer success teams, driving operational efficiency and strategic decision-making within a fast-growing IoT company.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage BI tools like Tableau and Salesforce to deliver actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable BI solutions ensuring accurate and timely reporting for various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and develop data analysis and dashboard solutions.
- Support data strategy initiatives by integrating and optimizing data from multiple sources for comprehensive performance metrics.
- Contribute to the development of predictive models and analytics to improve operational efficiency.
- Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in BI development.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in designing and managing Tableau dashboards and Salesforce Analytics tools.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, data visualization, and dashboard development.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts and insights to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- A collaborative mindset, with experience working cross-functionally to solve complex business problems.
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
