Job Description
This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions to support business processes across various teams, with a focus on enhancing sales efficiency and system optimization in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop secure, scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and critical metrics.
- Evaluate and optimize existing code, reduce technical debt, and establish a technology roadmap.
- Maintain and develop full lifecycle software using configuration, Apex, VisualForce, LWC, APIs, and Force.com applications.
- Mentor, develop, and train junior developers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements and projects.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of Salesforce development experience with extensive knowledge of Sales Cloud, Apex, VisualForce, LWC, and Force.com tools and applications.
- Experience in Agile development methodology.
- Excellent communication skills and proven success in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience designing test plans, performing unit testing, and writing test classes to ensure proper code coverage.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Self-starter, self-motivated, able to prioritize effectively, and perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision.
- Ability to analyze business processes and system implementation to identify inefficiencies and critical metrics.
- Experience in maintaining and optimizing full lifecycle software development using standard configuration, Apex, VisualForce, LWC, APIs, and Force.com applications.
- Ability to evaluate existing code, develop plans to reduce technical debt over time, and establish a technology roadmap with system architects.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment requiring 2 days per week in the Bengaluru office.
- Experience with working with integrated applications such as Mulesoft (preferred).
- Experience in contributing to setting up CI/CD pipeline (preferred).
- Certifications such as Platform Developer, Platform App Builder, or other relevant certifications (preferred).
