This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions to support business processes across various teams, with a focus on enhancing sales efficiency and system optimization in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop secure, scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and critical metrics.
Evaluate and optimize existing code, reduce technical debt, and establish a technology roadmap.
Maintain and develop full lifecycle software using configuration, Apex, VisualForce, LWC, APIs, and Force.com applications.
Mentor, develop, and train junior developers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements and projects.
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of Salesforce development experience with extensive knowledge of Sales Cloud, Apex, VisualForce, LWC, and Force.com tools and applications.
Experience in Agile development methodology.
Excellent communication skills and proven success in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Experience designing test plans, performing unit testing, and writing test classes to ensure proper code coverage.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Self-starter, self-motivated, able to prioritize effectively, and perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision.
Ability to analyze business processes and system implementation to identify inefficiencies and critical metrics.
Experience in maintaining and optimizing full lifecycle software development using standard configuration, Apex, VisualForce, LWC, APIs, and Force.com applications.
Ability to evaluate existing code, develop plans to reduce technical debt over time, and establish a technology roadmap with system architects.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment requiring 2 days per week in the Bengaluru office.
Experience with working with integrated applications such as Mulesoft (preferred).
Experience in contributing to setting up CI/CD pipeline (preferred).
Certifications such as Platform Developer, Platform App Builder, or other relevant certifications (preferred).
