Job Description
A Senior Program Manager role focused on driving the execution and management of AI initiatives within Samsara's sales and product teams, including internal and customer-facing AI projects, to enhance operational efficiency and innovation in connected physical operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive execution of AI programs across internal and customer-facing domains.
- Partner with AI Engineering to operationalize prototypes into scalable programs.
- Define program charters, project plans, stakeholder maps, and milestone schedules.
- Facilitate alignment across AI Product, AI Engineering, GTM, and Legal Data Governance teams.
- Track and report KPIs related to adoption, performance, and business impact.
- Lead change management efforts including enablement, communications, and rollout plans.
- Stay informed on developments in GenAI, LLMs, and AI tooling to inform roadmap planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution.
- 6 to 8 years of program management or business operations experience, preferably in a SaaS or data-driven tech company.
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional programs with technical and business teams.
- Strong organizational and communication skills able to influence without authority.
- Familiarity with AI-related technologies and workflows, including basic exposure to Python, Databricks, or ML models.
- Comfort working in remote and distributed team environments.

Annual Base Salary range: $102,042.50 - $154,350 USD
