Location: London, UK (Hybrid) Team: Mid Market, UK&I
Key Responsibilities
This role leads our Inside Sales team of 8 Mid Market Account Executives selling into the UK&I market, helping expand our business and grow our customer base.
Mentor, coach, and develop Senior Account Executives — from outbound cold calling through conversion, deal close, and quota over-attainment
Support deal progression and negotiation live, across the team
Coordinate closely with Marketing/Growth and Account Development leadership to ensure quality lead volume for the UK&I Inside Sales team
Work cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Finance, and Order Operations to keep deal flow smooth
Identify opportunities and lead initiatives that grow the business across the UK&I market

Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, engaged, high-performing team
Requirements
6+ years of sales experience
2+ years managing a team (preferred)
Deep understanding of Salesforce.com (SFDC) and MEDDIC/MEDDPICC
Strong strategic problem-solving, project management, interpersonal, and team management skills
Proven track record of overachievement, including experience coaching a team on outbounding
Experience with a Proof of Concept or Trial sales motion
Comfort giving upward feedback
