Job Description

The Renewals Account Executive is responsible for managing high-value renewal accounts in Mexico, driving full-cycle negotiations, securing long-term partnerships, and identifying growth opportunities to ensure customer retention and revenue growth within the company's Connected Operations Cloud platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value renewal accounts, leading the entire renewal process from quoting to negotiation and securing approvals.
  • Drive full-cycle commercial execution to maximize long-term customer retention and lifetime value.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce pipeline data, provide scenario forecasting, and identify risks and opportunities within the territory.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to identify expansion opportunities and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Proactively manage account health by addressing churn risks, advocating for customer needs, and exceeding retention targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle closing or strategic renewals experience, specifically managing Enterprise Mexico accounts.
  • Proven track record of managing a quarterly quota of 3 million dollars with deal sizes above 300,000 dollars.
  • Experience navigating the Mexico business landscape.
  • Ability to manage multi-stakeholder save cycles and handle complex procurement legal requirements.
  • Expert proficiency in Salesforce and a disciplined approach to pipeline management.
